With a career spanning nearly four decades, Joe has been a licensed Realtor holding a Broker’s license in California since 1985. He will be celebrating his 40 years in the business on June 14, 2025! He has dedicated himself to full-time real estate sales since 1985. Over the years, he has successfully navigated a diverse range of transactions, from cozy bungalows and luxurious estates to duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, large apartment buildings, land, condominiums, townhomes, fixer-uppers and REO (“Real Estate Owned”/bank-owned) properties.
Prior to his career in real estate Joe worked for California Land Title Company where he learned all aspects of the industry which has given him a wealth of knowledge. Between 1997 and 2007, Joe also served as an Assistant/Sales Manager and Manager across multiple real estate companies, all while maintaining his passion for full-time sales. His extensive expertise and commitment to excellence have led to an impressive career milestone: Over $360 million in real estate sales, including more than $32 million in REO properties across Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, and Alameda counties since 2008.

Rooted in the Community
A San Jose native, Joe grew up in the Cambrian area of San Jose, attending Parker Elementary, Union Middle School and Leigh High School. He now resides in Willow Glen with his wife of 34 years, Kimi, and their beloved Sheepadoodle, Eddie. Joe has a passion for vintage cars. You will regularly see him driving around in either his 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix 421 or his 1960 Cadillac convertible. He loves to give his neighbors joy with his extensive decorations during Christmas and Halloween… and every other holiday. Family is at the heart of Joe’s life and business. His daughter Milan, who also lives in Willow Glen, works alongside him on his real estate team. His younger daughter, Micaela, works at Zillow and resides in Seattle.
