Joe has been licensed in the state of California since 1985 and selling real estate on a full-time basis since then. Joe has sold a wide array of real estate over the past thirty-eight years; from bungalows to estates, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, large apartment buildings, land, condominiums, townhomes, fixer-uppers, Estate properties and REO (“Real Estate Owned”/bank-owned properties).

He acted as the Assistant/Sales Manager from 1997 through 2007 in multiple real estate companies, selling real estate on a full-time basis.

During Joe’s career he has sold in excess of $328,000,000 of real estate (over $32,000,000 in REO’s in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo and Alameda counties since 2008). He enjoys all the different aspects and unique challenges of the REO business. Joe prides himself on his proven ability to negotiate contracts, his extensive knowledge of contracts and getting escrows closed in a timely manner. Joe is committed to providing high quality service and proven results through constant communication, technology, experience, honesty and hard work!

Joe currently lives in Willow Glen with his wife Kimi of 32 years, daughter Milan, Micaela, and their two dogs Tony-Luca and Eddie (Goldendoodles).
