I would recommend Joe to all my friends and family if they are looking to buy a home. We were looking for our first home and didn't know much about the process or real estate. Whenever we had a question, Joe would be quick to respond and understand our needs/wants that we were looking for in a home. Joe was always quick to respond to our emails and texts. Whenever we wanted to view properties, he was always willing to show us and do the research on the property without question. Joe was patient and willing to show us as many homes as we wanted to see. We knew Joe had our best interest throughout the whole process because he was there every step of the way and would be honest with us if we weren't getting the best deal. Joe is also very knowledgeable and was super helpful throughout the entire process. We knew what we wanted in our first home and he made it happen. My wife and I worked really hard on our fixer-upper, and when it came time to sell it during a changing market with high interest rates, we were nervous about the prospects. Joe and Milan put our concerns at ease and took care of everything. Working with this real estate team was a fantastic decision. We were so impressed when they relentlessly hosted open house weekends, despite a changing market with holidays approaching. They communicated with us frequently, explained all of the steps of the process, and helped us evaluate, negotiate, and understand everything so we could make informed decisions that we felt good about. We're very happy with the outcome and everything that went into it.

Plans were to sell a little later in the Spring, but I received a call from Joe with advice to sell now. This turned out to be yet another SPOT ON call! Joe was again, doing his homework and recognized a low inventory situation in our area. Following Joe's advice, we made improvements and staged the house.
